The room is newly decorated with a single king bed. the friendly staff can offer wake-up service. - Guests have all their needs satisfied by the super friendly staff. - the hotel has the restaurant for breakfast.

The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Also, location was comfy and perfect, not very far from Westland Shopping Center. I stayed here for a trip and will be back.

I checked in July 3, the first room the refregator did not work, i was given another room 808 the face bowl was not working the door to closet was off the track, did not clean the room, no towls. I was not notified the hot waterwas being turned off the morning of July 5th Ichecked out without taking a shower.Thank you for asking.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would come here again. the venue was perfectly clean. - the staff were very helpful and sincere. - I had a recently refurbished room with 2 full-size beds and air conditioning.

The beds were uncomfortable, Television didn't get all stations, Toilet didn't work properly and well over priced for the experience. I expected a better experience for the cost it certainly didn't match up to the Hampton Inn at a lesser cost.

Lots of food at the very very good breakfast.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

I've stayed here before and liked it, that's when it was called the Raddisson Hotel. I love the very helpful staff. The pool is nice and large. I will stay here again.

There are a few things that I didn't like about my stay. I asked for a room by the elevators and got a room way in the back far from the elevators. One of the closet doors in my room was broken.

The sleep number beds were wonderful!!! The staff was great and although they didn't have our reservation, luckily I took my confirmation e-mail, they called and straightened everything out.

The room was recently renovated and had a shower, hairdryers, and terry cloth bathrobes, which was cool. the staff was extremely friendly and offered wake-up calls and ironing free of charge. - the breakfast was good, with an outstanding food choice. - the service was great.

The best part of the hotel were the people working there. They were very friendly and accomodating. Everyone from the desk people to the shuttle driver.

My husband and I stayed there to meet up for a weekend break. When we first got to the hotel, the door of the room hotel they assigned to us was broken... However they were very kind and got us a different room. The pool area was very nice but not heated. The location was convenient near the airport but didn't have much else to offer. The light outside our door was burnt out as wellas 1 in the bathroom. We just weren't sure how we feel about the overall experience. I feel it needed a good cleaning and a little updating. If they lowered the price for the value I may recommend the hotel... And we already got it discounted.
